The sponsorship of AfricaGIS 2005 through the contribution of R100 000 ($20 000) or more entitles the sponsoring organisation to the items listed below. Note that sponsors are responsible for providing banners or boards (not exceeding specified dimensions) as well as the erection and removal thereof at specified times.
Download and complete an application form if you are interested in taking up the opportunity to become a POLYGON SHAREHOLDER of the AFRICA GIS 2005 conference. The application form should be returned to finsupport@africagis2005.org.za. We will contact you to formalise an agreement.
Please note that money committed does not necessarily need to be made available in the immediate future. However, it is extremely important for the local and international organising committees that formal agreements regarding future donor and sponsorship commitments be formalised as soon as possible. Our financial portfolio committee member will invoice you or your company which will be followed up with a statement for payment at a date agreed to by yourself. Your kind co-operation and assistance to bring this important event to South Africa is very much appreciated.

| Permanent display of board or banner in registration foyer/entrance to exhibition or lecture hall. | |
| Share logo space on one side of conference bag with other organisations contributing R50 000 or more. Dependant on material of conference bag. | |
| Logo on banquet menu. | |
| Logo on back cover of conference program | |
| Promotional paragraph and link from the AfricaGIS 2005 web site to organisation's website. | |
| Listing in/on: conference program, document containing abstracts, CD containing conference proceedings, conference website. | |
| Mention during opening and closing ceremonies. | |
| Waving of registration fees for two delegates. | |
| Preferential location of a standard 3 m x 3 m exhibition booth (subject to availability at the time of confirmation of sponsorship). | |
| Four tickets to conference banquet and cocktail function. | |
| Logo in footer of registration form and conference letterhead. | |
