The sponsorship opportunities listed below are available on a first-come, first served basis. All contributions will be listed in the conference program, in the electronic conference proceedings and on the AfricaGIS 2005 website. Note that we expect 750 + delegates.
Download and complete an application form if you are interested in taking up the opportunity to become a NODE SHAREHOLDER of the AFRICA GIS 2005 conference. The application form should be returned to finsupport@africagis2005.org.za. We will contact you to formalise an agreement.
Please note that money committed does not necessarily need to be made available in the immediate future. However, it is extremely important for the local and international organising committees that formal agreements regarding future donor and sponsorship commitments be formalised as soon as possible. Our financial portfolio committee member will invoice you or your company which will be followed up with a statement for payment at a date agreed to by yourself. Your kind co-operation and assistance to bring this important event to South Africa is very much appreciated.
