The traditional ice-breaker is the exhibitors cocktail party scheduled for Monday 31 October.
The Conference Dinner will take place on Thursday 3 November. Entrance tickets for the dinner should be collected from the registration desk by 14h00 on Tuesday 1 November. You will not be entitled to dinner without your ticket. Your kind co-operation in this regard will be much appreciated.
By popular request, a mid-week break in the technical programme has been introduced to allow for some cooling off. A short city tour will be organised on Wednesday afternoon. Alternatively, you can join us for a great feast and dance show at Lesedi Cultural Village. Please indicate your attendance in Part C of the registration form.
