INVITATION TO EXHIBIT AT THE 7TH AFRICAGIS CONFERENCE, TSHWANE (Pretoria), SOUTH AFRICA

Dear Sir/Madam,

The 7th AfricaGIS conference will be held at the CSIR Convention Centre, Pretoria, South Africa during the period 30 October to 4 November 2005. It will be the first GIS Africa conference in South Africa. Held every second year, the event has been held in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya and Senegal.

During the conference, a Technical exhibition will take place at the same venue. This exhibition will give you, the Exhibitor, the opportunity to display and present your latest products, applications and services in Geographic Information Systems and technologies. The Local Organising Committee for AfricaGIS2005 has the honour to invite you and your company to participate in the exhibition.

The procedures we are following, are as follows:

• Booth allocation will be on a First-come, First-Served basis
• Exhibitors must complete the attached Space Reservation form and return to mroos@geoscience.org.za

• Monday 10:00 – 20:00
• Tuesday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Wednesday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
